College-seeking students ask a lot of questions. And even for loyal alumni it's difficult (if not impossible) to know the answers to all of them. However, it is important to be able to answer some of the most-asked questions and for alumni to be able to speak about their own experiences as Purdue students and alumni.

The Admissions website will help you answer the most-asked questions about majors, applying, deadlines, scholarships, etc. In addition, the PART Training Manual provides more detailed information to help you prepare for your role as a Purdue representative at undergraduate recruitment events.

It's OK to say you don't know the answer to a question. Let students know you're a proud alumnus who is volunteering for the Office of Admissions and then invite them to call or email our office. At all events, you'll have handouts with Admissions' contact information. These publications also will help you to learn more about admission to Purdue.
