Students who study German focus on literature, linguistics, culture, and film. Students enhance their language studies in German for the professions, including Business German and German for Scientists and Engineers. German offers summer, semester, and year-long programs in study abroad in locations such as the University of Freiburg, Graz, Austria, and Swiss Federal Institute of Technology. Students who study German are actively learning in and outside of the classroom.
