It’s time! This is the moment when your student takes the reins.

So, be the coach. Give a nudge. Provide advice. But encourage your student to take the lead in completing the steps necessary to enroll at Purdue (if you haven't already).

Most of the essential next steps are completed via myPurdue, the online portal where students will conduct all their business with the university. There are deadlines to meet and an important task list that will need to be monitered regularly leading up the start of their first semester.

You are the invaluable support team in your student's transition to college, and the resources on this page will help you fulfill that key role.

• Estimate Tuition Costs

  We know your student's education is valuable, but first things first - what will it cost? Use the Bursar's interactive Tuition Calculator to estimate the cost of your student's tuition specific to their program of study.   Purdue students have a variety of housing options, both on- and off-campus. First-time college students are guaranteed housing placement during their freshman year if they choose to stay in University Residences. Choosing University Residences allows your student to learn about themselves and pick up crucial life skills within a residential community right on campus.
