Program Activities

7:45 a.m. - 9:45 a.m. - Arrival, Parking, Bus Shuttle

Park in the North Stadium Lot and take the shuttle bus to Stewart Center. The shuttle will stop running at 9:45 a.m.

8:00 a.m. - 9:20 a.m. - Information Fair

Check-in at the west entrance of Stewart Center. Head to the Information Fair to speak with staff and students about financial topics, housing, orientation, testing, student life and more.

8:00 a.m. - 9:20 a.m. - Information Sessions

Attend special information sessions to learn more and ask questions about financial aid, University Residences, Boiler Gold Rush, student orientation programs, Learning Communities, the Center for Career Opportunities, study abroad and more. If you want to get the most out of your day and attend multiple sessions, be sure to arrive by 8 a.m.

9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. - College/School Information Sessions and Lunch

Join the disciplinary college to which you are admitted for an information session. Learn more about your area of study from students, faculty, and staff. After the academic session, you will be escorted to a dining court for lunch, so wear comfortable shoes. Indiana weather can change quickly — make sure you're prepared. You will get to enjoy a complimentary meal in a student dining court. Complimentary lunch will be provided for each admitted student plus two guests. Additional guests may pay for lunch at the door of the dining court. Cash and credit cards are accepted.

Noon - 4:00 p.m. - Residence Hall Tours

Continuous tours depart from the University Residences Alumni and Guest Center in Cary Quadrangle.

1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. - Campus Walking Tours

Meet in the west foyer of Stewart Center for a student-guided walking tour of campus.

Noon - 4:00 p.m. - Optional Tours, Open House Office Hours, Information Sessions

Take time to explore campus. Many campus departments offer visit opportunities and tours. When you check in for the day, you'll receive a comprehensive agenda with a list of participating departments, times and locations.

Noon - 4:00 p.m. - Shuttle Bus Service 

Shuttle buses run continuous campus routes, making stops at designated "ADMISSIONS BUS STOP" locations and the North Stadium Parking Lot. 

Additional Information

Recommended Attire - Dress comfortably and appropriately for the weather. Wear comfortable walking shoes.

Time Zone - West Lafayette is in the Eastern Time Zone year round and recognizes Daylight Saving Time.
