Strategy and Organizational Management students and professionals focus on the human aspect of an organization. Students can choose to focus on either strategy or organizational management.
Strategy and Organizational Management graduates create organizational change, manage employee relations, optimize organizational effectiveness, implement performance management and generate competitive strategies.
Transfer GPA and Course Requirements

Students who meet or exceed these criteria are the most competitive candidates for admission.
