Organizational Leadership and Supervision

College of Technology

The organizational leadership and supervision program offers a highly individualized, practical approach to leadership that can be applied in any industry. Faculty emphasize interpersonal skills, quality, and change implementation. Most training in the program focuses on courses that provide skills and knowledge for success in professional positions. A number of courses allow you to focus in a specific area of interest or talent, such as operations, quality control, training, labor relations, and human relations. You'll also be able to complete internships that will further develop your skills and better prepare you for career opportunities.

This program is also offered at the Purdue College of Technology statewide locations in Anderson, Columbus, Kokomo, Lafayette, New Albany, Richmond, and South Bend. A degree completion program in OLS will begin at the Vincennes location in Fall 2014.
