Foods and Nutrition in Business

College of Health and Human Sciences

Foods and nutrition in business graduates provide a critical interface between industry and the consumer. Students take courses in management and agricultural economics, which emphasize marketing and sales in the food industry and develop critical thinking ability and a broad perspective in sales, marketing, nutrition, food science, food engineering, food regulation, supervision, and communication.
